CranioSacral Therapy- Child

CST is a light touch manual therapy that can help relieve tension in the body fascia and relax the nervous system. CST sessions also assess the movement patterns in the cranial and sacral bones. When the body has tension it can lead to poor nervous system function. All sessions at Touch of Wellness include an evaluation of the body, this may indicate a need for visceral body work which can be received in a CST session as well. Osteopathic Body Therapy

Listening techniques are used to determine what your body needs to be addressed. This session will be a custom individualized combination of CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and/or Aleph-Tav Body Therapy. Each of these modalities are gentle and profoundly effective.

Family Session

$50.00 deposit required for new clients

Come together and receive what is needed for each person (3 treated persons max). This is great for families and or siblings to get some body work done together. CranioSacral, Visceral Manipulation and /or Aleph-Tav body therapy(ies) are used as needed during the session. There are limited spots for this on the online schedule. If you can not find a suitable time please message me and I will help get you scheduled.

IonCleanse Detox Foot Bath

30 minute session IonCleanse® helps remove toxins from the body. Contraindicated for anyone with: -pacemaker or other battery operated or electrical implant -Pregnant or nursing women - taking heartbeat regulating medication, blood thinner -organ transplant recipient

1/2 Hands On Session 1/2 IonCleanse

IonCleanse (length of IonCleanse is dependent on age and health concerns) & shortened table time/ bodywork session utilizing CranioSacral &/or Visceral Manipulation &/or Aleph-Tav Therapies as indicated for the individual needs. Great option for children who find longer body work sessions to be too much. Some of the body work can often be started while in IonCleanse to help condense the amount of time needed for the appointment. Good fit for adults who want added benefit to their wellness sessions but have limited time.

Add On Therapy to IonCleanse

Add hands on treatment to your IonCleanse. (Must schedule both) We will assess your current concerns to determine which add on would best meet your current needs. Add on may include any of the following: ATB frequency based essential oil therapy Blue-violet light therapy sound/ frequency therapy or ATB body (gentle touch) therapy. This is a great way to enhance the full body effect of IonCleanse Detox. Adds up to 20 mins additional time to session, depending on what is used.
