CranioSacral Therapy

CST is a light touch manual therapy that can help relieve tension in the body fascia and relax the nervous system. CST sessions also assess the movement patterns in the cranial and sacral bones. When the body has tension it can lead to poor nervous system function. All sessions at Touch of Wellness include an evaluation of the body, this may indicate a need for visceral body work which can be received in a CST session as well.

Osteopathic Body Therapy

Listening techniques are used to determine what your body needs to be addressed. This session will be a custom individualized combination of CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and/or Aleph-Tav Body Therapy. Each of these modalities are gentle and profoundly effective.

Family Session

$50.00 deposit required

Come together and receive what is needed for each person (3 treated persons max). This is great for families and or siblings to get some body work done together. CranioSacral, Visceral Manipulation and /or Aleph-Tav body therapy(ies) are used as needed during the session. There are limited spots for this on the online schedule. If you can not find a suitable time please message me and I will help get you scheduled.

Add on to IonCleanse

Add hands on to IonCleanse. We will assess your current concerns to determine an ATB oil and light or sound therapy to treat. This is a great way to enhance the full body effect of IonCleanse Detox. Adds up to 20 mins additional time to session, depending on what is used.
